Ok, the thing we have most dreaded has come to pass. He's gone with God now, nothing more to say really. Well, actually there is.

Andy, if you could talk with me right now, I would tell you that, even though I don't know you well, I always appreciated your wit in maths, and when I saw you blaze past me in every cross-country race I would always stare in awe and wonder.

But most of all, I would tell you I think you were a wonderful person while you were here, because I saw your impact that you made on people. You were......are a wonderful role model to follow in terms of attitude, strength and discipline in sorting events, courage, and your dedication to believing in God, who was with you all along.

Help your friends to grieve, but know you will always live inside them. Our grade is sure to NEVER forget you.

I hope your family will cope with the loss of you physically, but at least it will comfort them you are somewhere safe.

I would give you a hug, no matter how awkward and say that I'm glad your pain is over.

I hope to be there at your funeral, for my friends and the ones I haven't met yet.
